The quote tool

Getting quotes requires sharing sex, birthdate, self-rated health, tobacco use, coverage level and contract duration. These six data points travel to the carriers' quoting engine to produce rates and stay nowhere on this system. Requesting quotes doesn't require your name, location, phone or email address. Repeat identical requests may pull from a temporary cache instead of hitting the quoting engine again.

Applying

On application, your earlier inputs populate a protected form housed on the carriers' system, and you're then subject to their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a duly licensed California agent (License 0B75129), administers applications.

The contact form

Completing the contact form requires entering your name, email address, an optional phone number, reply method choice, category choice, and message content. Email delivery is routed to the insurer; your email becomes the return address. No message copies, submission log, or content database exist on this site. Your browser does a quick anti-spam validation before transmitting.

Measurement

Analytics here use cookies-free, first-party tracking from this same domain. We don't use cookies or place persistent identifiers in your device; your IP gets partially masked before logging; source page information is scrubbed; server logs get destroyed ninety days later. Visitors with Do Not Track switched on or supporting Global Privacy Control are completely excluded from measurement.

What we do not do

Personal data is never sold, bartered or disclosed. Behavior trackers and foreign analytics don't run here. The only off-site script is the carriers' application interface on the apply section; it only loads if you go there.
